Sanjeev Bikhchandani, founder of Info Edge, compared AI's introduction to banking computers, highlighting increased productivity without mass unemployment. He urged professionals to embrace AI skills, stating, 'If you don't learn AI, AI will be done to you.' Sateesh Seetharamiah, CEO of EdgeVerve, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing lifelong learning and the enduring need for human oversight in an AI-driven world. Vineet Nayar, Founder Chairman of Sampark, added that while AI may render half of current roles obsolete, it will also create new opportunities requiring advanced skills.
